• You have legal authority to use the platform.
• You agree to comply with these Terms.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use EveGuest solely for lawful business purposes.

You must not:

• Misuse or interfere with the platform.
• Upload unlawful or infringing content.
• Use the platform for fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.

We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.

4. Account Registration

5. Event and Guest Data

You may upload event data, guest lists, and related content.

You retain ownership but grant EveGuest permission to use the data solely for providing the Services.

You confirm you have permission to share guest data with EveGuest.

6. Payments

If you subscribe to paid features:

• You agree to pay all applicable fees.
• You will provide accurate payment details.
• You authorize our payment processors to charge your account.

All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

7. Third-Party Services

EveGuest integrates with:

• Meta (WhatsApp Business API)
• AWS for hosting & data storage
• Payment gateways for billing

We are not responsible for external service policies.

8. Intellectual Property

EveGuest owns all branding, software, and platform materials.

You may not copy or reverse-engineer platform components.

9. Data Privacy

Your use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using EveGuest, you agree to these terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

• We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
• Liability will not exceed your fees paid in the last 3 months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify EveGuest from claims arising from:

• Your misuse of the platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your uploaded content

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access:

• If you violate these Terms
• For security reasons
• For non-payment

You may request account deletion anytime.
